At Sky SunDry Services, we are committed to delivering quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and exchanges may be granted.

Products (Devices & Accessories)

All sales are considered final, except under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

To request a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photo or video evidence

  • Return the product in its original condition and packaging

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Services (IT Support, Website Creation, Setup)

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work:

👉 All service payments are non-refundable once the service has started.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The service has not yet been initiated

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be investigated. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services

  • Refuse future transactions

  • Take legal action if necessary
