Service Agreement | Sky SunDry Services

This agreement governs all services provided by Sky SunDry Services.

Scope of Services

We provide:

• Remote IT support

• Troubleshooting & virus removal

• Device setup & optimization

• Website creation & consultation

All services are delivered based on the information provided by the client.

Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment may be required before service begins

• All payments are non-refundable once work has started

• Additional work outside agreed scope may incur extra charges

⚠️ Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Ensure device access when required

• Maintain backups of important data

We are not responsible for data loss during troubleshooting or repairs.

🔒 Limitation of Liability !!!!

Sky SunDry Services shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Hardware failure

• Third-party software issues

• Indirect or consequential damages

Service Results Disclaimer

While we strive for successful outcomes, we do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved due to the complexity of technical systems.

BOOKING / APPOINTMENT TERMS

Booking Policy | Sky SunDry Services

Scheduling

• All services must be booked in advance

• Clients must be available at the scheduled time

Late & No-Show Policy

• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable

• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time

Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule with at least 12 hours notice

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Payments

• Payment is required to confirm booking (if applicable)

• Services are non-refundable once session begins

Remote Service Requirements

Clients must:

• Have a stable internet connection

• Provide access to the device if needed

• Follow instructions during the session

⚠️ Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• The environment is unsafe

• Instructions are not followed

• Misuse or abuse occurs
